Alaska's rivers are turning orange. Here's why

At least 75 streams in Alaska’s far north have changed colour. Once clear and pristine, their waters are now opaque and rusty. The culprit, say scientists, is melting permafrost and it could have serious consequences for the rivers’ ecosystems.
