Haptik CEO Explains Why Bots Like ChatGPT Won’t Take Our Jobs

Aakrit Vaish is the Co-founder and CEO of Haptik, a conversational AI platform. He says, “I get this question asked 10 times a week, which is that, look, is conversational AI going to take away jobs? And my consistent answer is no.” Conversational AI uses natural language models to let people ‘talk’ to datasets using everyday language, even complex ones such as scientific papers. It’s a leap forward for AI because it mimics the way people solve problems in the real world. Haptik’s Vaish calls ChatGPT ‘by far the most exciting thing to happen’ in the industry in years. Watch the full video to learn more about what the Haptik CEO shared about ChatGPT, like chatbots.
