This could be the darkest river in the world

The Ruki River lies in the Congo Basin in Africa. It has some of the world’s blackest river water. Even darker than the Amazon’s famous Rio Negro. The Ruki winds through primary rainforest and peat bogs. It’s black because it contains dissolved organic matter washed out of the jungle by the rain.
