Davos AM23 - Press Conference: The Hispanic Promise 2.0 - English

The Hispanic Promise is a first-of-its-kind corporate pledge for companies to create inclusive environments in the workplace for Hispanics through a newly launched comprehensive framework with goals, indicators, reporting mechanisms, as well as best practices and an ecosystem to equip companies to activate their DEI practices. The original Hispanic Promise was launched at the WEF in 2019 and has since been signed by more than 300 companies and backed by 30 Hispanic organizations.
