This Dutch law makes it easier to hire older workers

It aims to make the country’s pension system more sustainable and better-prepared to serve an ageing working population. The Future Pensions Act was passed by the Dutch government in 2023. It fundamentally changes the way the Dutch pension system works. Under existing law, pension contributions in the Netherlands increase with age whether those contributions are made by employers or employees.
