If you exercise before learning a skill, you’ll remember it better
Scientists have found that physical activity boosts our ability to learn motor skills. Such as playing a violin or a video game or performing complex procedures such as surgery. University of Copenhagen scientists took 67 test subjects and asked them to play a simple computer game that challenged their dexterity while riding a bike before or after, or neither, or both. The experiment found that exercising either before or after a task improved recall by 10%.
