Germany is Giving 18-year-olds €200 to Spend on Entertainment

Germans will receive the Kulturpass once they turn 18 and will have 2 years to spend it. They can use it for tickets to concerts or the theatre as well as in independent cinemas and bookshops. The scheme aims to get young people interested in live arts and to support the culture scene.
