The Mayan calendar reflects this circularity. As one calendar ends, a fresh period of transition begins. She said, You know, this is it. It just goes up and wants to keep going up. And it's linear and wants to be exponential. But that is not how the Earth works. The Earth works circularly, in cycles.’"
