Millions of people are affected by modern slavery. Here's what's being done to end it

From the clothes you wear to the food on your table, modern slavery could be much closer to you than you might think. Today, there are 50 million people in slavery around the world, 10 million more than a decade ago. This increase is in step with the rise of displaced people worldwide over the same period. But as Theresa May - former UK prime minister and Head of the Global Commission on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking explains, businesses can work together to eradicate this scourge from their supply chains.
