You’ve heard of quiet quitting, fast quitting, and quiet firing, now there’s a new buzz phrase: Quiet hiring. While quiet quitting was all about workers doing the bare minimum, quiet hiring is the opposite. This is when a business asks its workers to take on new tasks within the organization.
