Women in the US now hold almost 30% of C-suite roles

US women are increasingly represented in the C-suite. Women now hold 29% of top positions. Women now hold 29% of top positions, up from only 17% in 2015 and 21% only 5 years ago. However, the increase doesn’t mean all women are benefiting. Women of colour are still ‘vastly underrepresented’ in the C-suite, taking just 7% of roles compared with 22% for white women.
