Work-life balance is now more important to workers than pay, a new survey finds

A job that fits their lives is now the top motivator for employees worldwide, with 83% of respondents saying work-life balance is important. In Randstad’s annual survey of more than 26,000 global workers, 82% of workers say pay is important, meaning that work-life balance outranks pay for the first time in 22 years of Randstad’s Workmonitor reports.
