Global Future Council on Financial and Monetary Systems Vision 2030: A Stocktake

The Forum’s Global Future Council (GFC) on Financial and Monetary Systems takes stock on how the global financial system has evolved since the previous GFC published its visionary document The Global Financial and Monetary System in 2030 (June 2018). This stocktake focuses on three themes: 1) financial inclusion, 2) the emerging ecosystem and decline of cash, and 3) operational resilience in the financial sector. Through this publication the GFC members seek to contribute to the necessary dialogue on globally coordinated standards to shape financial and monetary systems that are vital to ensuring future inclusive growth.
