Currently Advisor to CEO of ERG on sustainability and external affairs, with special responsibility for the Clean Cobalt Initiative. Also currently member of the Board of Directors of New Gold Ltd and Lydian International Ltd. Formerly, Head of Mining & Metals at World Economic Forum and Head of Social Responsibility at Teck Resources. Prior, held a number of roles in social justice and sustainability, including: postdoctoral researcher on migration and development; policy researcher at Law Society of England and Wales; senior consultant to not-for-profit and government sectors on social justice, economic development and capacity building; Senior Policy Adviser, Ministry of Social Development, New Zealand; Social and economic team founder and lead for Environmental Mining Consultancy. Co-chair of the Resolve Natural Resources and Energy Leadership Council; member of executive committee of Global Battery Alliance; Advisory Council member of Good&Green, 2012 Alumnus and regional co-chair of Governor General of Canada Leadership Conference.
