James Kondo is a co-founder of Cortico, a non-profit that deploys data science and AI for social impact. He is also a visiting scientist at the Laboratory of Social Machines at MIT Media Lab. Kondo is the co-founder of Table for Two, co-chair of Silicon Valley Japan Platform, and president of Rebuild Japan Initiative Foundation. Previously, Kondo was vice-president of Twitter Inc, and chairman of Twitter Japan. He was also special adviser to the Cabinet Office of the Government of Japan, co-founder and president of the Health and Global Policy Institute, and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
