Olga Bielkova is a Member of Ukrainian Parliament, Member of the Committee on Finance and Banking of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the head of the subcommittee on the functioning of payment systems and e-commerce. Previously, she was one of the Managing Partners of EastLabs.co – startup business accelerator in Kyiv. Before joining Eastlabs, Olga Bielkova was part of the executive management team for the Victor Pinchuk Foundation. As Director of International Programs at the Foundation, she led projects for Ukraine’s integration into the global community, supervised the international grant-making activity, and worked closely with several well known international organizations. Olga Belkova directly oversaw the largest privately funded Ukrainian scholarship initiative.
