Thilina Bandara

PhD Student, University of Saskatchewan

Thilina Bandara is a PhD student in Population Health Sciences at the University of Saskatchewan. His research interests include comparative policy analysis, social epidemiology and knowledge translation in the areas of infectious diseases, environmental health and social justice. He is also currently involved in rural health and built environment research. Throughout his career he hopes to explore and help remedy the often tenuous relationship between science and policy and understand mixed-methods approaches to problem-solving.
