Tomoki Matsuno (松野 知紀) is a Kenneth I. Juster Fellow at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University. His academic interests include the strategic role of hydrogen and LNG policies in advancing energy security, industrial transformation, and emissions reduction within the global energy transition. He also serves as Head of Research for North America at the Institute for Sustainable Energy Policies (ISEP).
