Tomoki Matsuno is a B.A. Candidate in Environmental Science and Public Policy at Harvard University, where he is also a Kenneth I. Juster Fellow at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs. He is particularly interested in the applications of various renewable energy technologies and digital transformation policy.
