Gary Barker is the co-founder of Equimundo, a non-profit that has collected the largest dataset on men, masculinity and gender equality and publishes the only global report on men’s involvement in things parenting and care work. He shares the mindset shifts and best practices that can help workplaces better drive norm changes that help men and women better succeed at home and in their jobs
