Almudena Cañibano is Professor of Human Resource Management in the Department of Work and Human Relations at ESCP Business School. She is co-director of the Research Centre in Well-being (WISE) and the Women in Finance Chair. Her research focuses on the changing nature of work and its connection to employee experiences.
