Elana Banin is a global policy strategist with 15 years of experience shaping international governance, mobilizing financing, and addressing emerging threats, particularly in fragile contexts. She specializes in Middle Eastern affairs and advancing innovation as a pillar of global stability. Elana has led major research, policy, and advocacy initiatives at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), UNICEF, and PATH, working across the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia. She holds a Master’s in Security and Diplomacy Studies from Tel Aviv University and served as a Research Fellow at the Institute of National Security Studies (INSS).
