Head, External Affairs, Frontiers

George heads the Frontiers’ strategic partnerships with global organizations including the World Economic Forum (WEF), UN Climate Change, WHO, UNHCR, UNESCO, UNEP, Building Bridges, GESDA, Swissnex, and the International Year of Quantum, fostering collaboration at the intersection of science, policy, and innovation.
He drives the Frontiers Science House at Davos, a pioneering platform connecting top scientists, Science Ministers, and business leaders at the WEF Annual Meeting. George also manages Frontiers Policy Labs, bridging science and policymaking, oversees contributions to the WEF reports including the flagship- Top 10 Emerging Tech Report, and supports the Frontiers Planet Prize, building impactful strategic alliances.
George began his journey at Frontiers in Publishing Development before transitioning to Public Affairs to focus on partnerships and strategic projects. Prior to joining Frontiers, he worked at an environmental startup in Germany, facilitating Indo-German technology transfer and cross-border collaboration in environmental innovation. He holds a PhD in Biology (Environmental Toxicology) from the University of Konstanz, Germany.
