Kavita Rekhraj leads Deloitte’s Life Sciences & Healthcare sector across Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific, bringing more than 20 years of consulting experience supporting organisations across pharma, medtech, healthtech and healthcare providers. She advises clients on commercial and digital transformation, with expertise spanning customer and patient engagement, market entry and access, route-to-market strategy, channel management, and the transformation of commercial and marketing functions in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Kavita has led engagements across the M&A lifecycle, from strategy and due diligence through to post-merger integration, helping organisations unlock value and accelerate growth. She also works closely with healthcare providers on planning and activating new models of care, while advancing digital transformation agendas that improve patient experience and operational performance — from digital front door strategies through to back-end optimisation, data interoperability, and EMR and HIS transitions.

Bringing a strong consumer-centric perspective to her work, Kavita has authored several proprietary Deloitte publications on consumer and consumer health insights across Southeast Asia. Having worked extensively across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia Pacific region, she brings deep regional insight to the sector’s most pressing opportunities and challenges. Kavita is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an MSc in Actuarial Science from City University, UK, and an MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
