Lauren Kaufmann is Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. She holds a PhD from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She has collaborated with impact investing funds, philanthropic foundations, and consulting firms in her research on social impact, impact investing, and gender. She has been recognized as an emerging scholar by the Society for Business Ethics and was awarded a Winkelman Fellowship in Applied Economics, Wharton’s highest academic honorific.
