Lady de Rothschild is CEO and Chair of E.L. Rothschild LLC, a private investment company. Lady de Rothschild is the founder, chair, and CEO of the Council for Inclusive Capitalism. Since 2000, Lynn has been a member of the Board of Directors and Nominating & ESG Committee of The Estee Lauder Companies. She previously served on the boards of The Economist Group, The Peterson Institute for International Economics, Gulfstream, General Instruments, Bronfman-Rothschild and Weather Central.
Lady de Rothschild serves as chair of the ERANDA Rothschild Foundation and as a board member of the McCain Institute. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (USA), Chatham House (UK), the International Institute of Strategic Studies (UK), and the Foreign Policy Association (USA).
Lynn is often a featured speaker at global forums and corporate and university events, including the United Nations, World Bank, G20 Investor Forum, OECD, Bloomberg New Economy Forum, Future Investment Initiative, Greenfin, Aspen Ideas Festival, University of Oxford, Tsinghua University, and Peking University. She has also published in Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and The Guardian. In 2007, Lynn was awarded the Commendatore Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana. She graduated magna cum laude and phi beta kappa from Pomona College in Claremont, California and from Columbia University School of Law, with a Juris Doctor degree with honors as a Harlen Fiske Stone Scholar.
