Oliver is interested in how work is changing, the skills organisations need, the impact of AI, and how we recognise and reward talent in new ways. He is a Workforce Strategy Consultant at PwC and a Fellow with the World Economic Forum’s Centre for the New Economy and Society, where he leads research on the future of career pathways in an age of talent disruption. His work focuses on the intersection of workforce transformation, skills, careers and emerging technologies, helping organisations understand how jobs, talent strategies and organisational models are evolving in response to rapid change.
