Somto Chloe Keluo-Udeke is a Pharmacist and global health strategist focused on scaling innovation across African health systems. She is a Senior Consultant at Salient Advisory, where she spearheads work on the Investing in Innovation program, connecting high growth healthtech companies with governments, industry, and global health institutions to expand access to medicines, diagnostics, and primary care.
Her work designs partnership models, aligns catalytic capital, and addresses structural barriers that limit adoption and scale. She has supported multi-country initiatives across more than 20 African markets, spanning health systems strengthening, pandemic response, and digital health innovation.
Somto holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Master’s in Public Health. She has authored peer-reviewed and policy-focused research and contributes to global conversations on health systems transformation and innovation.
