This video is part of: Centre for AI Excellence

Have you ever received poor-quality AI-generated content at work? This is ‘workslop’: AI-written content that looks good - but which is, in fact, so low in quality that it creates more work for the person on the receiving end. 40% of US workers say they have been sent workslop, in a survey by BetterUp and Stanford Social Media Lab. Here, Alexi Robichaux, CEO of BetterUp, explains the problem, alongside some possible solutions. He was a guest on Meet The Leader, a World Economic Forum video podcast.
