Hatsushima is a quiet seaside station in western Japan. Its old wooden station was built in 1948 and needed replacing but building a new one would have taken 2 months. Serendix printed the new station’s parts in a week before transporting them to Hatsushima for assembly. Construction began at midnight, after the last train and was ready for the first service at 5:45am.
