Countries have different starting points for the green transition. Which of these 6 categories reflects yours?

This video is part of: Centre for the New Economy and Society

Is your country a green developer, leading the way in green tech? Or is it an emerging green adopter, poised for innovation, but navigating resistance to change? Or perhaps a frontier economy?   Countries vary in their wealth, the age and size of their workforces, and their access to energy, technology, investment and innovation. It makes sense, then, that they’ll all need to take different paths towards an equitable transition, especially in the midst of global economic turbulence. The World Economic Forum’s Equitable Transition Initiative has identified six core categories of countries, based on what they have in common - for example, the level of education in their workforce, and their spending on research and development. Each has a different starting point for the shared goal of a low-carbon future. Which category is your country in?
