Jordan’s Gender Parity Accelerator is benefitting Jordanian women through multiple country-wide initiatives equipped to formalise female-owned businesses, curb workplace sexual harassment, close the gender pay gap and increase women’s leadership. It is one of 15 Accelerators that have reached over 850,000 women to date.
