We have to recognise now that ISIS is spreading. It is not localised now; it is not in Iraq and Syria only. It is spreading to Lebanon, it is spreading to Libya, it is spreading to Iran. The fight in Iraq is essential to break the back of these terrorists because otherwise the whole region will be engulfed.
