Sustainability in our workplace

The Forum is committed to achieving the highest standards of sustainability and embedding sustainable practices across its businesses and global operations. We prioritize employee well-being, guided by clear sustainability principles that shape everything we do.

Geneva, Switzerland

Our headquarters hosts over 800 employees and features our most comprehensive sustainability measures. We serve only locally sourced food with designated plant-based days once a week, our office spaces are designed to be energy-efficient, water dispensers replace single-use plastic and PET bottles, and ample green spaces ensure a healthier work environment.

Sustainability at our headquarters

New York, USA

Our New York office is designed to use fewer natural resources and reduce our environmental impact. It's LEED Platinum certified, with energy-efficient lighting and AV systems, an eco-friendly designed workspace, and a shared waste-sorting station instead of individual bins.

Other locations

Approximately 9% of our staff are based in our regional offices in San Francisco, Beijing, Tokyo, and Mumbai. Our Bejing and San Francisco offices are LEED certified.
