This video is part of: Centre for Frontier Technologies and Innovation

Farmerline has created an AI-powered interactive voice response tool which acts as a one-stop shop for finance and information on modern regenerative farming. It offers tips on crop rotation, fertilizers and how to get goods to market in their native language.

Farmerline is revolutionizing agriculture in Africa with its AI-driven interactive voice response tool, Darli AI. Available in 27 languages, including 20 African languages, Darli serves as a 911 for farmers—providing critical farming insights in a language they understand. Research shows that farmers are 60% more likely to adopt new techniques when information is delivered in their native language.

Farmers can interact with Darli via WhatsApp, text, or phone to receive real-time weather updates, crop disease detection, and best practices on regenerative farming. Field officers can also capture images of crops to diagnose diseases and get immediate recommendations.
