Jane Goodall’s Heartwarming Message For Young People About The Planet

Instead of focusing on the big picture, Jane Goodall says young people should find a small project that inspires them. She says, “Do they care about the litter on the beaches? Do they care about pollution or poverty? And put their energy into doing what they really care about. What can they do to address that problem? So do some research. Contact organizations that are working on the problem. Find out which organizations are doing the best job. Find out how they can best help. And then roll up their sleeves and take action, and try to get others to join them.” Jane Goodall founded the youth programme Roots & Shoots, which runs in 87 countries, encouraging children to volunteer in nature.
