33 Companies Trialled A 4 Day Work Week. It Was a Huge Success

With the 4 day work week trial, employees reported a significant decline in stress, burnout, and fatigue, improved physical and mental health, and a better work-life balance. The companies reported an average rise of 8% in revenue over the trial period and rated the four day work week 9 out of 10 after the trial. 18 of the companies and 97% of the employees said that they would definitely continue with 4 day work week.
