Diet changes could reduce endometriosis pain, a new study finds

Cutting out alcohol, dairy and gluten could help sufferers of endometriosis, according to the largest ever study on the subject, led by Edinburgh University. Endometriosis affects around 1 in 10 women of reproductive age worldwide. It occurs when cells similar to uterus cells grow outside the uterus. It can cause severe, life-impacting pain as well as bloating, nausea and fatigue.
