After deaths on campus, here's how one Mexican university made its neighbourhood safer

In 2010, tragedy struck the Tecnológico de Monterrey, a university in Mexico. Two students were killed as they were leaving the campus. They were caught in crossfire between drug gangs and the Mexican Army. The local area had long been blighted by crime and poverty. The university decided to stay put and try to improve the community.
