This open-source platform helped map the flooding in Greece

After a catastrophic storm hit Thessaly in 2023, a local team used this digital platform to gather and collate information. This helped assess the damage, identify community needs and organize local volunteers. Ushahidi’s open-source platform crowdsources and collates reports from people on the ground so people can analyse and act on this data in real-time.
