Old cars are full of plastic waste. This circular model is turning that around

Every year, Europe dumps or incinerates 800,000 tonnes of plastic waste from old cars. Only a fraction of it is ever recycled - despite commitments from the car industry Under EU proposals, new vehicles may have to use at least 25% recycled plastic by 2031or be banned from sale.
