What's driving the gender gap in the CEO pipeline?

This video is part of: Centre for the New Economy and Society

There’s a gender gap in the CEO pipeline. Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer are two of the most common routes to becoming a CEO. But women are less represented in these roles, narrowing the pipeline to the top job. Find out what it will take to fix the pipeline - not just the headcount - in our report, Closing the Gender Gap in Senior Leadership, which draws on unique data from LinkedIn and Egon Zehnder.
